The goal of OhChat is to be the dominant AI OnlyFans platform

What is OhChat

OhChat is a social platform, powered by AI, where fans can discover and interact with superModels - including Digital Twins of their favourite creators and entirely synthetic characters (Originals) - without restrictions on NSFW content.

Fans can discover new superModels and scroll through their image and short-form video content on the vertical scroll social feed, where superModels create and post their about their day, alongside thirst traps.

The explore page gives fans more tools to find and get suggested superModels that they love, amongst the hundreds of options of both Digital Twins of real creators in partnership with them, or Originals.

Within the chat itself, fans can text, swap voice messages, request custom images, generate videos, call or video call any superModel - all without limitations on NSFW content.

Texting is free, while requesting images and voice notes are included in a per Digital Twin subscription ($10-$30 per month), or in the single subscription for all Originals ($15 per month).

Videos are on a pay-per-view basis and voice and video calls are charged per minute ($1 per minute for voice calls, $1.5 per minute for video calls).

• Fine-tuned in-house on millions of NSFW images, it’s a highly capable model, able to generat everything up to full sex acts

Voice notes and voice calls

• Fans can hear their favourite superModels’ voice and chat to them via voice messages, or real-time voice calling

• With voice cloning powered by ElevenLabs, for the most accurate clones of Digital Twin voices and a diverse range of Original voices

• Combined with our Oh-70B LLM, for the same spicy, multilingual and highly diverse, realistic conversations

• Real-time audio system developed in-house, with built-in real-time moderation and reasoning to enable users to request images and videos within the voice calls

Video generation

• Fans can request custom spicy videos of their favourite superModels, at any time and receive it in seconds

• Powered by the SOTA Ev-Oh-1 video model, created in exclusive partnership with a leading video model lab

• Ev-Oh-1 is the fastest NSFW video model in the world (~30s for 5s video), as well as the video model trained on the most adult content in the world

Video calls

• Fans can have a video call with their favourite superModels, with real-time voice and a real-time lip synced video, which reacts as users request the superModel to do different things

• Powered by OhCam, created in collaboration with a leading GAN AI Lab, using our real-time audio system, real-time lip syncing and action determination

• This is the SOTA NSFW AI Cams experience, leapfrogging animated and purely headshot-style video call offerings in experience

Why that goal

The reference to OnlyFans is to differentiate between our focus on Digital Twins with OhChat and what many others in the market are doing, with purely original characters (or “AI Girlfriends/Boyfriends”), without discarding the fact that we similarly offer companionship without NSFW restrictions.

Ultimately, it boils down to:

Distribution

Creating Digital Twins of real-world creators ties our product to our distribution and enables incredibly powerful distribution.

Digital Twins, with 80% of the net revenue the twin generates going to the real-world creator, incentivises them to promote their Digital Twins, and by extension OhChat, to their large, dedicated audiences, at no cost to us - proven by the millions of views content of our Digital Twins have received by being posted by the creators we partner with.

What’s more, the vitality, shareability and newsworthiness of Digital Twins is an order of magnitude higher than random, synthetically generated characters - proven by the many features our Digital Twins have had in national newspapers and TV shows around the world.

Operating in a vice industry, many marketing channels are simply not open to us - something OnlyFans recognised and capitalised on, by focusing on this same model for distribution, except without the ability to churn out limitless content 24/7 at the same rate, due to its reliance on human creators.

Value

AI-generated content will become increasingly abundant and therefore, commoditised.

Licensed, high-quality AI-generated content of unique individuals, with real-world connections, history and parasocial relationships will not be commoditised in the same way.

Where an image of one of an infinite number of AI-generated characters may be worth $0.01, an image of a scarce real-world celebrity is generally worth at least ten-fold.

Therefore the biggest value-add and most sustainable value preserver is, at least in the medium term, basing the content on real people.

Defensibility

The other side of the scarcity coin, is that there is only one of each celebrity and, with the right agreements, only one true licensed digital likeness of that celebrity.

Where others will inevitably race to the bottom on pricing their AI Girlfriend offerings, with no barrier to a user creating a clone of a character they like from one platform and porting them to another who offers a slightly cheaper service, the same cannot happen with Digital Twin IPs.

In many ways, on a granular scale, we don’t have competitors, as if you are a fan of a specific creator that has a Digital Twin on OhChat, there is only one place to engage with it (caveat: IP x AI section of Oh API).

All together, although it is a much harder challenge to create Digital Twins than purely synthetic characters in every single way, we believe that into the future, its not only the most powerful offering in this space, its the only viable offering in the space.
